The Penteconter (or Penteris) was the smallest war galley of the period covered by the game Thalassa: Naval Battles on the Ancient Seas and are classed as Auxiliary Ships. These ships are the perfect support to harass enemy Triremes and to give them the "coup de grace" to score the maximum amount of victory points. Swarm your enemy with Penterconters and they won't laugh at all.
The set includes options for open and folded sails, the Mastery Flag to indicate the game proficiency of the ship's crew and a selection of crewmen to decorate the deck.
